Traditional Contemporary New Build

The client instructed us to produce planning and building control drawings for a new build project to replace an existing two-storey property. The site had quite a substantial slope but we used this to our advantage to create an underground car park utilising the existing space. Due to the project being located in the Cotwalds the design was to be of a traditional nature but we managed to get some contemporary features throughout. This was a delightful project and client and we achieved planning for this and so we are looking forward to it being completed in the near future.
