Care Home Extension Kidderminster
Our client needed extra beds in his existing successful care home based in Kidderminster. We were appointed to produce a scheme which rationalised the existing layout and create an extension. The proposal is single-storey and set with low massing to overcome the planning stipulation of keeping it as low as possible due to the properties behind it, etc. We came up with this design, which introduces a contemporary extension to a traditional care home, which we feel creates a great addition to this property. I can’t wait until this gets onsite.
